The vibration exciter beam features a flexible box-shaped design, capable of withstanding the high excitation force of the vibration exciter. The reinforced flange of large vibration exciters is specially designed to enhance vibration intensity
The vibration exciter uses an oil-lubricated box-type design, equipped with high-performance self-aligning roller vibration-specific bearings from SKF and FAG. A multi-seal structure is designed to prevent foreign objects from entering the vibration exciter. High-precision, heavy-duty helical gears and splash lubrication ensure stable and reliable quality, long trouble-free operation, and minimal maintenance.
The screen plates feature a modular design, offering strong versatility and short delivery cycles
Vibration-damping springs are seat-mounted steel spiral compression springs, providing high load capacity, excellent damping performance, and a long service life
