This equipment features a novel four-port impeller design and a special sealing structure, among other advanced technologies, offering benefits such as low operating costs, strong adaptability, high efficiency, energy savings, environmental friendliness, and high throughput. It is widely suitable for crushing various types of rocks and minerals in applications, particularly bringing revolutionary changes to the sand and aggregate industry. The VSI series Vertical shaft impact crusher is extensively used in the fine crushing and shaping of minerals across various industries, including metal and non-metal mining, building materials, and sand and aggregate production. It is especially effective for processing medium-hard, extremely hard, or corrosive materials, such as sandstone, granite, basalt, and silicon carbide.
The equipment is equipped with a manual hydraulic pump, which allows for the adjustment of the impeller feed flow. Combined with the height adjustment of the distribution plate, it enables precise control of the impeller feed and the proportion of circumferential cascade feeding.
The equipment is fitted with a suspended electric hoist, facilitating the disassembly and maintenance of the upper cover, feed hopper, distributor, impeller, and main shaft during equipment servicing.
The equipment features two crushing modes: "stone-on-stone" and "stone-on-iron." Both modes share the same crushing chamber, and the transition between material shaping and sand-making functions is achieved by altering the installation method of the internal liner plates in the crushing chamber.
The equipment is equipped with a thin oil lubrication system and a PLC automatic control and monitoring system. This system can monitor in real-time the material feed rate, current, oil temperature, main shaft bearing temperature, and vibration status, among other functions.
